Beehive Centre – plan for redevelopment has been called in by the Secretary of State for review as the council was minded to refuse it.

Grafton Centre – redevelopment including partial demolition and alterations including conversion of some of the shop units to laboratories.
Currently granted:

Chalk Pits site – Most recently an outline planning application for an urban country park, laboratories and office space has been approved. See this article on the City Council website.

Station Car Park and Aparthotel – Multi-storey car park and Aparthotel on existing Cambridge Station Car Park next to Ibis Hotel.
Under appeal:

Romsey Labour Club – Application for partial demolition and redevelopment preserving the historic frontage refused, and appeal allowed.
